The Opportunity KBR is currently seeking qualified and experienced ILS Manager to provide management and integrated logistics support. The ILS Manager's responsibilities will include: · Provide expert support in the acquisition of Defence capabilities by applying your Through Life Support and Sustainment Management knowledge. · Oversee, manage, and deliver Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation, including ILSC, ILSP, ILSI, ILS, support contract Statements of Work (SOW), Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), Data Summary Documents (DSDs), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) documentation. · Offer Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice for the review and input of critical contract deliverables such as TETP, RPIL, RPL, MRSL, CESL, UHB, and EMEI. · Assist in planning and developing ILS programs, including strategies, concepts, and workforce plans. · Provide specialist ILS advice related to project execution analysis, definition, and planning. · Deliver SME materiel sustainment guidance to senior management and participate in technical reviews. · Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders—including Project Managers, Engineers, client groups, and functional departments—to ensure seamless ILS activity management. · Manage Logistic Support and Inventory Management requirements to maintain operational capability. · Support codification and cataloguing processes to ensure accurate asset tracking. · Perform additional project support tasks as directed by the Project Director or delegate. · Comply with all workplace health and safety standards. · Demonstrate a strong commitment to understanding and meeting the expectations of both internal and external clients. · Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge The successful candidate will be/have: · A suitably qualified ILS Professional with a minimum of 7 years experience within Defence or a related industry, particularly on Land projects · Strong working knowledge of Defence Logistics systems, tools and processes; · General familiarity with land vehicle systems (desirable); · Demonstrated experience in the current Capability Life Cycle (advantageous); and · Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
