Service Delivery Specialist Job No: 677280 Sydney - Inner Suburbs & CBD, Brisbane - Inner Suburbs & CBD Max Term Part Time IT Pay Band 5 Lead operational excellence for critical insurance systems transformation 3-day week part-time opportunity 6-month secondment in either Brisbane or Sydney About the Role As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll ensure the smooth operation and transformation of Suncorp’s core Policy Administration Systems. You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams, guiding best practice service management and supporting the transition to a new SaaS platform. This role is a 3-day per week, 6-month secondment opportunity. What You’ll Do Provide subject matter expertise to optimise the operation of Policy Platform Systems, ensuring business needs are met Design and establish operating models for RUN operations as part of a major transformation program Conduct technical impact assessments and manage changes and incidents, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders Guide and educate operational teams (internal and partner-supplied) on best practice service management processes Participate in on-call roster for critical production issues, collaborating across technology and business teams What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in supporting critical business applications and infrastructure (on-premise or SaaS) for large organizations , preferably Insurance systems.
