Join Our Team as a Senior People and Culture Business Partner. We are seeking a Senior People and Culture Business Partner to join the team in our Sydney CBD office. This is a part time role (3 days per week), with a requirement to attend our Central Coast site 1-2 days per month to engage with the rest of the P&C team. About the Role: As the Senior People and Culture Business Partner, you will be an integral part of our People & Culture team, working alongside our leaders to create and implement organisation-wide people and culture strategies. Your work will directly impact employee engagement, performance, and retention, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to drive the strategic people agenda for the site, aligned with business goals. Lead and support change management initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and implement talent attraction, performance management and succession planning strategies. Champion employee engagement and wellbeing programs that enhance the work environment. Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on people-related issues, including conflict resolution, team dynamics, and leadership development. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR or a related field would be highly regarded. Proven substantial experience as a People and Culture Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others at all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and initiatives. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
