About the role You will provide professional customer service and administrative support in our food and retail services and support commercial operations at our Berwick Campus. You will: provide retail and food service in our café and store operations; assist with merchandising in store; ensure all Point of Sale procedures are performed in accordance with policies and procedures; and assist with a broad range of administration duties. About you You will have a commitment to quality customer service with attention to detail and the ability to work with students and other client groups. You will possess: prior experience in a hospitality or retail setting would be highly desirable; the ability to use standard office software packages; interpersonal and communication skills; and ability to work independently as well as part of a team All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
