APS Group is partnering with one of Australia's leading 3PL providers to recruit an Administration Officer and an Inventory Warehouse Officer for their growing team in Cranbourne West. As part of the on-site administration team, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations across payroll, procurement, accounts payable, safety, and quality assurance. Reporting to the CL Site Manager, you will assist with end-to-end administrative functions, help drive compliance, and support continuous improvement across the site. Shifts Available: Early morning shift - Monday - Friday 7.00am - 15.06pm Temp To Perm Opportunity Pay Rate: $34 - $36.86 an hour Location: Cranbourne West VIC 3977, Australia Duties: Support day-to-day site operations and general administrative tasks. Assist the Site Manager and team with facility and ad hoc support functions. Manage procurement processes, including raising POs via Web3 Process invoices within KPI timeframes. Maintain and report on HSE compliance (using MYOSH and WMS) Assist with payroll duties using EmpLive. Coordinate inductions for new employees and contractors. Support audit and compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement and best practice on site. Collaborate with the wider admin team to streamline operations. Contribute to a safety-first culture in line with QMS and SOPWHS003 standards. Skills & Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis Minimum 3 years' experience in administration or EA roles, ideally in supply chain or 3PL environments Strong understanding of safety and compliance practices Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills Sound judgement and decision-making abilities. Clear and professional written and verbal communication Able to work both independently and within a team.
