In this important role, you’ll: Lead the delivery of initiatives relating to Council land holdings Provide expert advice and strategic direction for Council’s land portfolio Manage complex processes and stakeholder requests including Unsolicited Proposals, purchase of community land, road openings/closures, creation/discharge of easements and rights of way and strategic land acquisitions Ensure Community Land Management Plans are fit for purpose.
