We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team, for a 6- month contract to provide operational support to the team and support, assessment and intervention to young people and families using a trauma-informed approach to enhance mental health and wellbeing outcomes. The Team Leader will ensure the headspace team provides a welcoming first pointing first point of contact for young people and their family/friends seeking support. headspace operates using the Support First Model. The model is evidence based and prioritises engagement and support at the first point of contact, timely access to treatment and proactive engagement and trust building, based on the principles of welcome, hope and empathy. This is a Part time 0.8 EFT Max term contract, March 2026 role based in South Melbourne.
