About the role: You’ll work with your front-line team to provide outstanding care to residents, promoting a culture of values-based, person-centred care. Located in Warana, our Beachwood Aged Care Facility is home to 60 residents. Through your leadership, you’ll ensure a high standard of quality and compliance, meeting all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities. You’ll also drive community engagement to support occupancy, while overseeing property maintenance, hospitality, and lifestyle programs. Working closely with your senior clinicians, you’ll lead a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success. What Makes a Difference for Us You’re an experienced aged care leader with a strong track record in managing operational services of similar scale. Your focus on teamwork, quality, and person-centred care has driven high performance and sound care governance. You’re confident navigating complex and competing priorities, and skilled at mentoring frontline leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in a residential setting.
