We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building impactful products, thrives in a Product Operating Model, and is eager to take full ownership of solving real user problems. You will join a cross-functional, empowered team, working side-by-side with a Product Owner/Manager and Designer to form the core product trio. Your role goes beyond coding: you will contribute to ideation, design, implementation, testing, release, and ongoing improvement of our products. We value a “product engineer” mindset—where you care as much about the product’s success and user experience as you do about code. We expect you to be a clear communicator who collaborates proactively with peers and stakeholders, and to demonstrate technical leadership within and beyond the team. We’re interested in hearing from people who: Possesses full-cycle engineering experience: ideation, technical design, build, testing (unit, integration, system), release, and ongoing maintenance. Actively embraces and integrates AI-driven solutions (including LLMs and agentic AI approaches) to enhance our engineering workflows and product capabilities. Are ready to execute state-of-the-art coding practices, driving high quality outcomes to solve core business objectives and minimise risks. Are actively involved in continuous learning, experimentation and innovation while contributing to the definition and governance of our standards and best practices. Are constantly thinking outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex technical problems. Can coach junior engineers, share knowledge to uplift and improve software development practices. Works well in teams and have strong collaboration skills in driving continuous improvement initiatives. Tech Skills: We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
