Description Why the role To meet the needs of our expanding workplace safety practice, we have an exciting opportunity in our Perth office for a 5 PAE safety practitioner. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workplace Safety Lawyer to join our dynamic Perth team. Skills And Experiences Who are you? Around 5 years' post admission experience Strong knowledge and experience in litigation and workplace safety law, compliance and safety regulations. Employment law experience an advantage. Ability to manage client expectations with a practical and client focused approach. Previous exposure to business development with a natural ability to cultivate quality relationships with our industry leading clients Aptitude to run matters autonomously. A clear and concise communication style. A commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively. Strong interest in taking your career to the next level A team player who can collaborate on work and has the skills to coach, mentor and develop junior staff and gains satisfaction from seeing them succeed.
