We're seeking a Food Services Manager to lead operational excellence across one of our Melbourne-based healthcare sites. This full-time role reports to the Key Account Manager for Healthcare and works closely with cross-functional teams including Business Performance, IT, Commercial, and Operations. What You’ll Do Analyze data from multiple systems (such as Delegate and Coupa) to drive informed, low-risk decisions Champion collaboration and integrate Business Performance initiatives into Health Segment solutions Exchange ideas with other Key Accounts and ISS countries to identify best-in-class practices Drive innovation to differentiate our Health segment offerings Provide monthly progress reports and ad-hoc updates as needed Develop and execute project plans aligned with client and operational goals Safeguard ISS solutions and commercially sensitive information What We Offer Competitive salary package Global career pathways—your journey with ISS is just beginning!
