The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role is responsible for preparing and processing export / import orders, managing the associated paperwork, and liaising with freight forwarders and customers on shipments and Proof of Delivery (PODs). You’ll also oversee stock movements in and out of the warehouse while ensuring accuracy and excellent service. This is a varied position combining hands-on warehouse duties with export / import administration and customer communication. Key Responsibilities: Pick orders accurately by following picking lists Monitor Expected Time of Arrival (ETAs) for orders Complete required paperwork, including packing slips, Shipper’s Letter of Instruction (SLI), and Lithium Battery Declaration forms as required Liaise with freight forwarders for pickups and coordinate deliveries with customers Maintain shipment records, SDS documents, and filing systems Process orders promptly to meet shipping schedules. Use Scan Pack software to invoice products and ensure the correct freight carrier is selected. Verify incoming deliveries and efficiently put away stock using RF guns. Conduct cycle counts, raise customer credits, and prepare stock for container shipments Support the wider warehouse operations with ad hoc tasks as required You Will Have: Minimum 1 year experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Minimum 1 year experience liaising with international freight forwarders Excellent attention to detail Forklift licence preferable Dangerous Goods certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong prioritisation and time management skills Ability to learn new systems and tasks quickly Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook Effective communication skills Experience with Pronto software (preferred) An interest in technology Culture People enjoy working in this team because they have an engaging, agile and performance-driven culture that's supportive and innovative.
