About the role This position is responsible for the contract development and project supervision for building capital works projects to the order of $1M. The position will be responsible for supervising building maintenance services to Council buildings, including supervision of contract building maintenance staff and arranging maintenance activities. The successful candidate will possess a Trade Certificate in a relevant discipline and have relevant project management experience. Key Requirements Possess a Trade Certificate in a relevant discipline Qualifications and demonstrated ability in Project Management of municipal works. Possess or be in process of obtaining Certificate IV – Building and Construction.
