Join Our Team at Tradelink Bathurst – Be Part of Our Growth Story! We’re looking for two Plumbing Sales Specialists to join our team here in Bathurst. With back-to-back record months and a strong future ahead, now is the perfect time to join a team where you’ll play a key role in supporting trade customers while building lasting relationships. The role: Assist trade customers at the counter with product advice, quotes, and orders. Build and manage customer accounts alongside the PCM and 2IC. Support branch operations – receipting, inventory management, deliveries, and trade promotions. Conduct outbound calls and develop new business in the Bathurst region. Contribute to a supportive team culture and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a full-time permanent position: Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:30pm; Saturdays 7:30am–11:30am (1-in-3 rotation, flexibility available). About you: Plumbing or trade industry knowledge (preferred, not essential). Sales or customer service experience. Great communicator with a customer-first mindset . Motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow into a long-term career. Computer literate and confident with systems. A valid driver’s licence (forklift licence highly regarded).
