Listen carefully to clients' needs and respond proactively to improve their experience and satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships to drive customer loyalty, retention, and engagement. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations and alignment with business goals. Maintain accurate progress tracking and compliance within internal systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting metrics where required. Contribute as a motivated and positive team member in a dynamic, start-up-style environment, helping achieve core business outcomes. Implement strategies and operational processes to meet SLAs and KPIs. Take on ad hoc assignments or special projects as required. Qualifications Background in phone sales, customer success, or customer service, with a genuine interest in connecting with clients. Adaptable and flexible, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement. Comfortable working in ambiguous or changing situations while staying focused on objectives. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value. Strong collaborator who takes initiative and acts proactively. Excellent written and verbal communicator, confident in influencing others and handling objections. Proficient in technology, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools with ease. Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or the employment industry is highly valued but not essential.
