Flexible salary, based on your experience and suitability for the role. What You'll Do Partner with sales and account management teams to execute advertising campaigns from planning through delivery. Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure smooth technical implementation and troubleshoot delivery issues. Build and manage media plans, pricing, and targeting strategies to support RFPs. Monitor campaign performance and provide optimisation recommendations to meet or exceed client goals. Prepare client-facing reports and ensure timely communication with stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver custom creative assets. Support billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. What We're Looking For 2-4 years of experience in account management, programmatic trading, coordination, or sales planning in digital media, ideally with a focus on video advertising. Experience with programmatic platforms, ad servers, and sales operations systems (e.g., DSPs, CRM, OMS). Familiarity with Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP buying models. Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
