The Role Working in a highly regarded and purpose driven organisation that supports healthcare services across Australia. This Handyperson with valuably support the day-to-day maintenance, repairing and problem solving in a busy environment across three buildings in the heart of Sydney's CBD. We're looking for a proactive, personable individual with a can do attitude that is eager to hit the ground running and assist with any level of task, no matter how big or small. The purpose of the role is to support all internal stakeholders with any minor fixtures, fittings and general maintenance across the organisation. Main responsibilities: Conduct various minor repairs, inspections, and maintenance General Handyperson duties such as replacing light globes, assembling furniture and tightening loose fixtures Navigating a ticketing system and promptly actioning requests Coordinate service providers and contractors to assist onsite with major repairs and maintenance e.g. plumbers and electricians Support office fit-outs, relocations and event set up Foster a safe, clean, and productive workplace across multiple sites What you can bring to the role: Demonstrated skills in conducting minor repairs, inspections, maintenance and general Handyperson duties Have the ability to navigate computer systems Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset Strong communicator and interpersonal skills Flexible, proactive and helpful attitude, with a consistent willingness to help various stakeholders across the organisation Capability to manage multiple tasks, support various projects, and work both independently and in a team environment Full time, 5 days a week and moving around and between three busy sites Benefits Secure a dynamic role with huge impact, which will involve unique tasks every day Work across three Sydney CBD offices and contribute to the maintenance of a prestigious heritage listed building Contribute to impactful work that supports communities in a professional and highly regarded organisation Please contact Sarah Fahy on 02 80426886 for a confidential conversation on your next career move.
