Job Description We are seeking a visionary leader for a once-in-a-generation project to digitise and productise Nine's content archive. This is a unique opportunity to create a lasting social and historical legacy for Australia. You will spearhead the creation of a new suite of AI-powered products that will make this content accessible to internal creators and new external markets, generating new, diversified revenue streams for Nine. Reporting to the Chief Data, Product & Technology Officer Enterprise, the role will work closely with the Data & AI, Product, Technology and Platform infrastructure teams. Day to day you will: Manage the project budget, including both digitization and product development, and oversee the entire process of digitising Nine's diverse physical archive. Select and manage external digitisation vendors, and recruit and lead an internal team for the project. Drive the development of new AI-powered products for internal and external use, guiding the technical strategy including cloud infrastructure and Generative AI for content indexing. Serve as the central point of contact for the project, collaborating with various internal teams, managing risks, developing change management plans, and reporting on milestones and commercial outcomes.
