ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead two key business units across Western Australia – Sprayseal and Stabilisation. With multiple crews working across the state, this role is suited to a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced, material-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership across both business units. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Supervisors, and operational staff to strengthen leadership capability. Drive efficiency in planning, resource utilisation, and delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including Main Roads WA, Tier One contractors, local government, and subcontractors. Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project outcomes. About You Extensive experience in senior operational management within civil construction or infrastructure. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams. Commercially astute with solid project and financial management knowledge. Adaptable, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
