You will be responsible for: Supporting our strong team of consultants to ensure the provision of the highest quality injury management services Working with our management team to continue to grow our services throughout Western Sydney Maximising productivity through the monitoring of KPIs and individual performance Promoting a culture reflective of our values and ongoing commitment to professional development and delivering high quality services Account and relationship management of existing customers as well as business development of new opportunities. About You: Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with full relevant professional membership) Mandatory: minimum 3-4 years experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation Passionate about people management and relationship building Management, business development, quality assurance and/or customer relationship management experience (essential) Able to communicate effectively and vary your management approach Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and Genuine commitment to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
