Your key responsibilities will include: Counter sales: Serve customers at the counter, via phone and email Customer service: Respond to customer enquiries, process orders, prepare quotes and build long-term relationships Versatile duties: Pack orders, restock shelves, and assist with general warehouse tasks About You: Experience: Ideally, you will have previous customer service or sales experience (solar/electrical knowledge a bonus, but not essential) Team Player: You are easygoing, enjoy working in a close-knit team, and thrive in a collaborative environment Proactive & Positive: You take initiative, bring a strong work ethic, and approach challenges with a can-do attitude Licence: Current driver’s licence (P’s are fine) Work Rights: You have full Australian working rights Sounds like you?
