Our client is seeking consultants who can bring expertise across a diverse range of services, including developing and optimising reporting tools, delivering high-quality financial reporting, and providing technical accounting support. Responsibilities: Collaborate within a team to deliver projects that meet client expectations, deadlines, and budget requirements, Support both personal and team development through coaching and hands-on client engagements, helping to enhance the group’s technical expertise and client relationship skills, Build project management, reporting, technology, and client-facing capabilities while contributing to successful project delivery, Contribute to business development activities, including thought leadership initiatives and proposal preparation. Key Skills: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance, CA qualification (or equivalent), completed or near completion, 3 years of experience in professional services, commerce, or a combination of both, Background in accounting advisory, finance transformation, reporting automation, financial reporting, management accounting, project management, and/or audit, Strong communication and client relationship management skills, Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, Motivation to develop new skills in both finance and technology, Knowledge and application of the Corporations Act, Australian Accounting Standards, and other relevant legislation, Self-driven, ethical, and reliable professional, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and reporting tools.
