As Restaurant Manager, you will: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 10–25 staff to deliver consistently excellent service Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for all team members Oversee day-to-day operations, including rostering, inventory, stock control, and cash management Monitor sales, food costs, and budgets, identifying opportunities to increase profitability and efficiency Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and occupational health and safety Respond promptly and effectively to customer feedback and complaints Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, RSA requirements, and all company policies Support catering orders, events, and promotions as required Attend regular management meetings and contribute to operational strategy and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, labour costs, and KPIs Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, casual dining environment Highly organised, hands-on, and able to lead by example Why Join This Role?
