As a Service Delivery Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our staff feel valued, guided, and equipped to deliver safe, high-quality care and services to older Tasmanians, enabling them to live with dignity, independence, and choice in their own homes. This is a senior leadership role, reporting to our General Manager, Home & Community. About the Role In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of frontline care staff, schedulers, and administrative teams, ensuring our workforce is motivated, capable, and aligned with our values. Your focus will be on building strong, engaged teams that are passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people. You will: Lead, coach, and support staff to deliver person-centred care. Ensure teams are appropriately skilled, trained, and supported to meet the needs of our clients. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Monitor service delivery to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. Proactively manage workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. About You You are an inspiring leader who thrives on developing people and building high-performing, values-driven teams. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative style, and the ability to balance people leadership with operational oversight. You understand the importance of culture and engagement in driving excellent care outcomes. You will also have: Proven leadership experience in a people-focused role, ideally in health, community, or aged care. Strong team management skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop others. A commitment to upholding dignity, safety, and quality of life for older people. The ability to manage workforce requirements, scheduling, and service delivery in a dynamic environment.
