We’re looking for a Senior Advisor, Human Resources to join our small but mighty HR team at Infrastructure Canberra (iCBR) while one of our team members is on maternity leave. What You’ll Be Doing Be the go-to for HR queries across the Directorate, from recruitment to employee relations and injury management. Provide expert advice on ACTPS policies, workplace conditions, and entitlements. Draft HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that support our strategic goals and Enterprise Agreements. Coordinate executive recruitment and liaise with stakeholders across ACT Government. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and contribute to a positive, values-driven workplace culture. What You’ll Bring Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; you love solving HR puzzles. Deep knowledge of ACTPS employment frameworks and HR policies. Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal. A collaborative spirit and commitment to respect, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
