About the Role: As Director of Corporate Support, you will lead the implementation and oversee key programs that shape the employee experience across ESA. From onboarding and targeted training to inclusive workplace practices and strategic workforce planning, your work will directly contribute to building a capable, diverse, and future-ready workforce. You will also play a central role in implementing the ESA Strategic Plan 2024–27, working closely with senior leaders, including the Commissioner and Assistant Commissioners, to guide the development of future strategic directions. This role offers high visibility and influence, with active participation in internal committees such as the ESA Inclusion and Belonging Committee and Strategic Plan Implementation Group, and external representation on national bodies including AFAC and the Champions of Change Committee.
