Key responsibilities of the position include: Providing support to the Team Leader: Organisational Development in delivering a variety of projects including but not limited to Leadership and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Administering and supporting the training, development, and continuous education support processes. Maintaining and providing data and information for the Team Leader for inclusion in our reports. Assisting with monitoring Organisational Development budgets. Organising and assisting the onboarding of all new employees including our induction activities. Supporting the OD Team to coordinate work experience, traineeships, apprenticeships, graduate roles and placements. Researching and working on specific projects that have a continuous improvement lens. The successful applicant will have: Sound administrative skills and the ability to adapt and to be flexible while meeting key deliverables. Experience in assisting with complex projects to achieve goals and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain, produce, analyse and interpret data. Highly developed oral and written communication skills with a strong focus on and commitment to quality customer service. More information can be found on the Position Description located below. This is a temporary part-time position until December 2026. This is a Level 4 position which has a current salary of $47,262 per annum plus superannuation (0.5 FTE).
