You will have a keen eye for detail and highly organized approach to your work and an interest in your professional development. The position will offer a competitive base salary of $75,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation Key Responsibilities contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards allocating human resources, space and equipment assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff managing records and accounts of the office liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems managing physical facilities and ensuring buildings and equipment are maintained ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision Appropriate candidates must have the following skills, education, and experience: Minimum bachelor's or master's degree in management required Minimum of 2 years' experience Alternately, you can email your resume to info@paradise-homes.com.au Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
