General Manager to act as the 2IC to the Managing Director and help lead the organisation to continued growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities Ensuring leadership, continuity and effective day-to-day management of the organisation. Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve growth targets and strengthen customer relationships Supporting managers with HR, staff development, and operational challenges Overseeing systems, processes, and standards to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency across departments Monitoring budgets, KPIs, and financial performance while balancing profitability with sustainability initiatives Driving innovation in client engagement, operational practices, and internal systems Promoting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture. Qualifications & experience You'll be confident, well-presented, and organised with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong customer focus.
