The role We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who can craft AI-enabled experiences and contribute to building the future of events with AI at your side. You will be part of a cross-functional team focused on creativity, collaboration, and innovation. You will build AI-driven solutions that power real-life moments and scale the systems you touch. If you have experience with MCP servers, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows, you’ll fit in well. What You’ll Bring to the Team 5–10 years’ experience in software development A love for unit and integration testing (broken builds not your jam) Experience with DevOps tooling and automated CI/CD & security Familiarity with agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Experience building cloud solutions (bonus points for Azure) Solid skills in C# / ASP.NET (Framework & Core) Modern front-end chops with React TypeScript Bonus Points RAG architectures and pipelines Agentic AI solutions Telemetry & observability for AI Location & Work Style This position is based in Brisbane with a hybrid office/work-from-home arrangement.
