We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to shape and execute our Embedded Finance strategy, focusing on API-driven small business lending solutions that our partners can integrate into their platforms. The Role Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for our embedded finance offerings, focusing on products like working capital, business loans, and other SME credit solutions. Create, prioritise, and manage the Embedded Finance product roadmap, aligning with Lumi's core business objectives. Collaborate with engineering to design, build, and scale developer-centric lending APIs with a world-class developer experience. Understand the needs of our partners (e.g., SaaS platforms, marketplaces) and their end-users (small businesses) through research, data analysis, and direct engagement. Write clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches. Define and analyse KPIs to measure platform success and iterate rapidly based on feedback. Requirements Extensive product management experience, with significant focus on API-driven products, platforms, or developer tools. Experience in payments and/or B2B fintech/lending is a strong plus. Passion for building B2B platforms that empower other businesses and solving complex problems in challenging or regulated environments. Commercially minded with a strong focus on business outcomes. Strong technical acumen, including familiarity with API design and system architecture. Strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Data-informed approach to decision-making. A strong network within the Australian Fintech and developer communities is desirable, but not essential. Our Values Egos at the door – We own.
