About the Role (What You’ll Be Doing) In light of our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help shape and deliver products that improve patient experiences and drive business impact in our international markets, namely Japan. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap definition through to delivery and iteration, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve meaningful problems for our patients. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to set direction, make evidence-based trade-offs, and move quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role reports directly to the Taylor McCarthy, Head of Expansion - Japan (based in Tokyo, JP) and will work closely with: Justin Teo, Head of International Expansion & General Manager - Japan (based in Tokyo, JP) Function Leaders across the Japan team - Growth, Product, Operations, and Business Operations The role is initially focussed on Japan, however has the potential to grow into a role covering regional operations as the business grows. Capabilities you’ll be responsible for Translate product, technology, market, and social trends into a clear product vision and competitive positioning Define and communicate your team’s product roadmap quarterly, with strong rationale for prioritisation Assess the viability of opportunities using market research, product analytics, and business modelling, recommending top priorities Create and report on team OKRs Product Delivery Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, test, and deliver solutions to patient needs Design and run experiments, analyse results, and apply insights to drive impact Write Feature Specs (problem definition, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics) and define MVPs vs. scalable features Manage the product backlog and actively participate in agile ceremonies Conduct customer research and analyse data to deeply understand patient journeys, needs, and pain points Stakeholder and Team Engagement Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Brands, and Clinical teams to deliver cohesive patient experiences and coordinated launches Align the team around the product vision, customer needs, differentiation, and business value About You (Who We’re Looking For) Skills and experience 5 years of product management experience with agile development teams, ideally on consumer-facing products (mobile experience a plus) Proven ability to translate strategy into high-impact product decisions in a fast-paced startup environment, with a strong bias for action and a “get things done” attitude. Strong analytical and data-informed mindset; comfortable interpreting data to drive decisions (proficiency with SQL a plus) Ability to work effectively with international teams and a strong understanding of international consumers, particularly in tailoring solutions for local markets (e.g., JP customers) Why Join Euc?
