We’re looking for a Head of Network Growth to lead the transformation of our Network Growth team into an AI-native function. This role combines operational accountability for franchisee, broker, buyer’s agent and associate recruitment with strategic responsibility for scaling our network footprint. You’ll oversee both human and AI contributors, drive innovation in candidate and partner experience, and ensure the team delivers measurable growth outcomes. Reporting into the General Manager, Network Development, this is a critical leadership role shaping how we attract, engage, and retain our network of brokers and associates, while embedding AI-driven efficiency and personalisation at every step. Responsibilities Leadership of the Network Growth team, including network growth specialists, recruiters, coordinators, and recruitment marketing. Human-AI workflow development: create clear guidelines for how human employees and AI agents collaborate, share responsibilities, and operate within the network growth team. Ethical deployment and compliance: ensure AI tools and agent systems are deployed responsibly and in compliance with relevant laws and policies. Strategic ownership of network growth planning (geography, segment, and capability expansion). End-to-end accountability for the recruitment function from talent attraction to onboarding. Continuous improvement of candidate experience, leveraging AI for personalisation at scale. Strategic integration of AI: develop and implement strategies for AI-powered HR to support service delivery. Build and oversee development of AI agents supporting sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, analytics, and candidate engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align network growth with group strategy. Qualifications 7 years of experience in distribution, recruitment, or network growth leadership roles. Proven capability in scaling recruitment or business development functions. Experience in tech-driven or AI-augmented environments; ideally with product thinking or systems-led delivery. Knowledge of franchisee network distribution. Strong track record in people leadership and change management. Deep understanding of the mortgage, finance, or professional services distribution ecosystem. Comfort with designing or working alongside automated workflows and AI-powered tools. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. A growth mindset with a bias for innovation, measurable outcomes, and iteration.
