This part-time position offers a unique combination of front office and reservations responsibilities - ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. As a leader on the floor, you will oversee daily hotel operations, support and guide the team, and help shape the guest journey from reservation through to check-out. In this role, you will: Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, acting as the shift lead and ensuring smooth service delivery across all guest touchpoints Lead by example, coaching and supporting the team to maintain a high standard of hospitality Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and recovery with professionalism and care Coordinate and manage reservations, contributing to reservation accuracy and revenue optimization Promote clear communication and collaboration across departments Inspire a positive, safe, and productive workplace culture through active leadership and team support Assist with rostering, operational planning, and the recruitment, training, and development of the Front Office teams
