About the role UGL are looking for personnel with systems engineering and safety assurance experience to work as a Systems Assurance Lead or Manager. The immediate focus of this role is to define, implement and manage a requirements management process in a complex multi-disciplinary rail design and construction environment. More generally, UGL aim to provide Leads and Managers in the systems engineering field opportunities for technical and personal growth across multiple systems engineering disciplines (including those nominated in ISO 15288, EN 50126/8/9, and EN 61508) to lead the assembly of technical assurance arguments for assets that UGL design, construct, maintain and operate. The initial focus for this role will be to lead the requirements management process on a large multi-disciplinary rail project.
