With a whole team behind you, top % capacity and a focus on businesses with turnover from $500m - $5bill you will manage the corporate, multi-national and even some global buisnesses This is a role focused on business development and relationship management, go to market, engage your brokers of all levels. Working alongside the lead managing underwriter, you will build a go-to-market strategy and map out your distribution partners and brokers Alongside broker education you will underwrite new and repeat business and grow the portfolio You will be out there at conferences, industry events and at brokers doors to talk all things cyber risks - naturally, you will incorporate cross-selling opportunitites for other lines inclduing Liability and Financial Lines The ideal profile: Minimum 4 years experience in a business development / broker handling role with deep knowledge of the Cyber IT liability and Tech insurance product range. Preferably a background in an insurance agency Strong broker relationships from mid-market to your big-4 players Be Hungry - this role requires old-school BD, not for someone wanting to stay behind the desk.
