About the role Our Project Sales Engineers play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. This full-time position is based in our Brisbane office and offers the opportunity to work closely with our customers, sales managers, and technical teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions. What you'll be doing Provide technical support and consultations to customers, guiding them through the selection and application of Studco's products Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to understand project requirements and develop tailored engineering solutions Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and proposals to meet customer needs Conduct site visits and on-site assessments to ensure the successful implementation of Studco's products Liaise with internal teams, including production and logistics, to coordinate the delivery and installation of Studco's solutions Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide innovative and compliant engineering advice Contribute to the continuous improvement of Studco's engineering processes and standards What we're looking for A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or Mechanical) Experience in a similar project engineering or sales engineering role, preferably within the construction or building materials industry Strong technical expertise and understanding of construction products, systems, and building codes Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor technical information for various stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions Proficiency in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset What we offer At Studco Building Systems, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
