The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Service Technician to join our Yatala team. The right candidate will be a mechanically minded person who has the ability to assemble and disassemble a wide range of Digga/Kanga products and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Field Service Technician Responsibilities / Experience & Qualifications Carrying out service and repairs Diagnosing and fault finding Devising test procedures and supervising test activities Relevant Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information. Providing exceptional customer service at all times Possession of a current forklift ticket and a manual driver licence Presentable and professional appearance Excellent time management skills Physically and mentally fit for daily challenges and continual deadlines You must be adaptable and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times Basic computer skills Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments will be an advantage, as is an understanding of hydraulics, motors and electrical circuits.
