Job Description Senior Consultant - Energy Markets Enemix has partnered with one of Australia’s leading energy solutions providers, who are in an exciting growth period. The advisory arm of the business is expanding their Energy and Carbon team, and are now seeking someone passionate about Renewable Energy who is looking to work with leading developers and clients across the industry. The Role As the Senior Energy Markets Consultant, you will bring your Energy sector expertise to work on innovative, industry-standard research and analysis, supporting customers and the broader renewable energy market. You will play an role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering on business advisory programs. This role will be largely focussed on commercial advisory for Renewable Energy projects. This role can be based out of their Melbourne or Sydney offices. Responsibilities Providing advice on project commercialisation to Renewables & Storage developers. Client facing role, where you will have the opportunity to engage with key market players, preparing proposals and pitches, and growing a pipeline of projects. Subject matter delivery, working on PPA and offtake agreements for Australian Clients across Electricity and Energy Market projects. Client types range from Developers, Retailers, Gentailers and OEMs. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, relaying project updates, information and deliverables. Qualifications 3 years of relevant consulting experience and exposure to energy or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of project commercialisation and project development for renewable projects. Experience working on PPAs and Procurement within the renewable energy market is highly desirable. Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, economics or a related technical field.
