As part of the international leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the growth strategy for the Australian business. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will oversee business development, client delivery, and operational performance, ensuring alignment with global standards and objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the growth strategy for the Australian market, with the ability to shape the remit of the strategy. Position the business across three core service pillars: Advisory, Technology Implementation, and Technology Operations Support. Drive revenue and margin growth through strategic business development in sectors such as gas & power, LNG, oil, metals & mining, and agriculture. Build and scale a high-performing Australian team while leveraging international delivery capabilities. Your Experience & Expertise 10 years in consulting at a Senior Manager, Director, or Partner level, ideally within the energy and commodities trading domain. Deep understanding of energy and commodity trading technologies and market dynamics. Proven track record in consultative selling, delivery oversight, and solutioning for trading organizations. Strong network across market participants and technology vendors in the wholesale energy and commodities space. Experience in operating model design, business and IT transformation programs, and advanced analytics platforms for trading organisations.
