Campaign Development & Deployment Build, configure, and schedule EDM campaigns on the marketing automation platform. Create and maintain reusable email templates with responsive design. Personalization & Segmentation Implement dynamic content, personalization tags, and segmentation logic. Ensure proper handling of customer preferences (opt-in, unsubscribe, GDPR). Testing & Quality Assurance Perform rendering tests across devices and browsers. Validate links, creative assets, and personalization before launch. Monitoring & Optimization Track email deliverability, bounce rates, opens, and CTR. Support A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and layouts. Required Skills Hands-on experience with EDM/Email platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Unica). Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive email coding . Knowledge of personalization, dynamic content, and campaign scheduling . 2–4 years of experience in email campaign development.
