You’ll bring strategic thinking and practical execution, with the confidence to lead a small team and drive results across multiple channels. Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Content Creation & Strategy Oversee development of engaging content across social, email, blogs, infographics, and more Drive digital strategy across SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, display, and social media Lead Generation & Campaigns Execute multi-channel lead generation strategies across paid, owned, and earned media Optimise website content and structure for UX, conversion, and SEO Plan and deliver targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools Deliver actionable insights, ROI analysis, and KPI tracking Events & Community Engagement Plan and manage events, expos, sponsorships, and community activations Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and sponsors Cross-Functional Collaboration Align marketing initiatives with broader business goals Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and impact About you: A proven marketing all-rounder with experience in both strategy and execution Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing teams Deadline-driven, results-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Confident across digital channels, content creation, events, and analytics Ready to take ownership, drive outcomes, and elevate brand presence If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
