We are looking for an enthusiastic Health & Safety Coordinator to join our People & Culture Team! Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager and working closely with the Health and Safety Business Partner, the Health and Safety Coordinator will provide all aspects of administrative assistance to the Health and Safety Team and ensure all Health and Safety practices and procedures are upheld in our Retail Stores, Support Office and Distribution Centres. This role is part time , 15.2 hours (2 days) per week located at our Support Office on St Kilda Road in Melbourne. Responsibilities Support the administration of all WorkCover claims, including timely submission of all claims and payments of compensation to team members (including end-to-end management of wages and reimbursements) Work closely with the Health and Safety Business Partner to administer payroll calculations Monitor the currency of Certificates of Capacity and RTW Plans in accordance with medical recommendations and progression of recovery Complete RTW Plans and submit to relevant stakeholders Manage the Health and Safety email inbox, monitoring incoming mail and triage as needed Support the administration of First Aid in the Support Office including First Aid Kit checks, stock management and re-ordering Process pending Elumina incidents and escalate as necessary Skills and Experience Strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Completion of RTW Coordinator Training Course desirable Great organisational and time management skills Passion for supporting OH&S practices Willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude Perks Generous staff discount and access to our sample sales Central office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner Park Work closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environment Engage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growth Coffee lover?
