Promptly addressing operational issues , including customer enquiries, special requests, and complaints, to maintain high levels of satisfaction and service recovery. Training, mentoring, and developing team members to ensure competency across all areas of conference and event operations, fostering a high-performance team culture. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, presentation, and timing meet the highest standards. Assisting in the preparation of staff rosters , aligning workforce planning with weekly/monthly labor cost targets and operational demands.
