About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven MedTech Sales Manager to lead a Victorian sales team (metro/regional). In this role, you will be accountable for driving sales growth, developing business opportunities, and coaching a high-performing team with an innovative Orthopaedics portfolio of products. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Reps to achieve individual and team targets. Drive business growth through analysis of sales results, customer trends, and market opportunities. Build strong customer relationships and ensure superior service across the region. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that align with corporate strategy. Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and budget management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations. What We're Looking For Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Science, or related disciplines (or equivalent experience). Minimum 10 years' experience in medical device sales (orthopaedics or capital equipment). At least 5 years' experience leading and developing sales teams.
