About the Role An exciting opportunity for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to join the Energy team. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of O&M services across renewable energy projects and support the early-stage development and pricing for EPC bids. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring asset performance, reliability, and safety, while collaborating across teams and with external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of solar farms to ensure compliance with performance targets and contractual obligations. Oversee and enforce safety procedures, with a strong emphasis on preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend asset life. Develop and manage subcontract agreements, define operational budgets, and ensure services are delivered within financial parameters. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and site stakeholders, providing timely updates and reports. Collaborate closely with teams across contracts, safety, engineering, and finance to support seamless project delivery. Manage subcontractor performance, from reviewing scopes of work and proposals to ensuring complete documentation at project close-out. Assist in the transition of projects from development to delivery, providing hands-on support throughout implementation.
