The Opportunity Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating building operations to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and presentation. You'll work closely with contractors, tenants, and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all occupants. Key Responsibilities - Conduct daily inspections to ensure building presentation, safety, and compliance. - Coordinate and monitor building services, emergency procedures, and statutory certifications. - Manage contractor performance, inductions, and OH&S compliance. - Maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and service delivery. - Support budgeting, reporting, and documentation for building operations and capital works. - Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, risk management, and sustainability. What You'll Bring - Minimum 1 year experience in building operations or facilities management. - Sound contractor management skills in a commercial or industrial setting. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. - Understanding of OH&S, risk management, and compliance standards.
