This is a full-time opportunity role, an office-based role (Monday to Friday) supporting a sales recruitment team. You’ll be the heart of the business, running the office, supporting internal recruitment by delivering engaging content, coordinating events, and making sure our team and visitors have a five-star experience every day. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Draft and edit compelling content for our blog, social media, email newsletters, and website. Social Media Management: Develop, manage, and analyze social media campaigns to boost our online presence and engagement. Brand & Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans that align with our business goals and brand values. Project Coordination: Help plan and run internal events, team celebrations, and employee recognition programs. General Support: Provide administrative support to senior leadership and assist with special projects as needed. Assist with lead generation strategies and basic SEO implementation Support our social media content calendar and create engaging carousels and visuals Monitor and manage reviews across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Seek Help optimise the SustainHealth website for performance and visibility Assist in maintaining brand consistency and developing our storytelling approach Contribute to content creation, including graphics, posts, blogs, and videos Participate in campaign performance tracking and reporting Skills We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a marketing, content creation, or business support role. Strong communication skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Experience with social media, content creation, or event support is a plus. A team player who thrives in a high-energy, values-driven business.
