About the role: Step into a Monday to Friday role supporting a hotel brokerage team. You'll manage the behind the scenes of each sales campaign, from crafting pitch documents to launching digital and print marketing campaigns. Plus, you’ll keep the team on track by assisting with admin tasks, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly. Preparing marketing budgets and client invoices Create marketing collateral using InDesign Draft agency agreements and vendor reports Collate due diligence packs via Dropbox Update contacts in CRM and set up new listings Manage social media for sales campaigns and agents Process expenses and a small amount of diary management Prepare proposals, information memorandums About the company: An opportunity to align your career with a specialist hotel brokerage firm that sells luxury resorts, boutique hotels, hostels, and motels across the country.
