Key responsibilities include: Carrying out preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on machinery and equipment Diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Installing, aligning, and commissioning new equipment as required Reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and schematics Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company policies and procedures Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reliability Working collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime Maintaining accurate service and repair records Essential requirements Trade qualification as a Fitter / Maintenance Fitter or equivalent Proven experience in mechanical fitting and equipment maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, conveyors, and rotating equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Competence in fault finding, preventative and breakdown maintenance Awareness of workplace health & safety requirements and safe work practices Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or on-call as required If you believe you are the right fit for this opportunity, hit apply now!
